These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the DaaSEO website at daaseocompany.com and any services we provide. By using the site or engaging us for services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the site.

Services
DaaSEO provides B2B search engine optimisation and related marketing services, including SaaS SEO, AI SEO/GEO, Reddit SEO, content strategy, and link building. The scope, timelines, deliverables, and fees for each engagement are set out in a separate proposal or statement of work (SOW).
In the absence of an SOW, nothing on this website should be construed as a binding service commitment or a guarantee of specific SEO outcomes. SEO results depend on many factors outside any agency's control.
Free audits and proposals
When you request a free audit, you authorise us to review publicly available information about your website and to contact you with findings and recommendations. Free audits do not create a client relationship and do not obligate either party to enter a paid engagement.
Client responsibilities
- Provide timely and accurate information, access, and approvals needed to deliver the work.
- Ensure you have the rights to any content, logos, brand assets, or materials you share with us.
- Pay invoices in accordance with the payment terms in your SOW.
- Comply with applicable laws, including those concerning data protection, marketing, and advertising.
Fees and payment
Fees, currency, invoicing cadence, and payment terms are set out in each SOW. Unless otherwise agreed, invoices are due within 15 days of the invoice date. Overdue invoices may incur reasonable late fees and may result in a pause of services until the balance is cleared.
Intellectual property
All content on daaseocompany.com — including copy, design, logos, case studies, and code — is owned by DaaSEO or licensed to us. You may not copy, republish, or commercially reuse any part of the website without written permission.
Work product delivered under an SOW transfers to the client upon full payment, except for any pre-existing tools, frameworks, templates, or know-how that remain our property and are licensed to the client for internal business use.
Confidentiality
Each party agrees to keep non-public information shared during an engagement confidential and to use it only for the purposes of the engagement. This obligation survives termination of the engagement.
No guarantee of rankings
We use ethical, white-hat SEO practices and draw on documented case studies. However, search engines, AI systems, and community platforms regularly change their algorithms and policies. We do not guarantee specific rankings, citation rates, traffic volumes, or revenue outcomes. Any forecasts we share are good-faith estimates, not commitments.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DaaSEO's total liability for any claim arising out of the use of this website or our services is limited to the fees paid by you to us during the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or lost data.
Termination
Engagements may be terminated as set out in the SOW. Either party may terminate with written notice for material breach that is not cured within a reasonable period. Upon termination, you will pay for all work performed up to the termination date and return or destroy any confidential information as requested.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will first be attempted to be resolved in good faith between the parties, and failing that, submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in our registered city of business.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
